One of my favorite things about this property is the model that has the lock off option which is an independent access to a private unit within your residence. Similar to what we could call an in-law suite, this would its own separate quarters fully equipped with a kitchen, full bath and bedroom. Perfect for your parents, grandparents, guests or renters, they could live in the section securely and independently. Circling back to renters, You can actually even rent that section off while you living in the residence at the same time and have residual income or utilize that income to pay your loan if applicable.
