Q Tower is a 65-story oceanfront residential tower, created especially for people who are passionate about luxury, comfort, and exclusivity. The project is located in the Punta Pacifica area, Panama City. With the best quality finishes and a height of 226 m, it was considered in 2011 the eleventh tallest building in Panama according to the CTBUH (Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat).
Using a zigzag construction approach, Q Tower maximizes its space on the ground and takes advantage of the views of Panama Bay for its homes. Two small nuclei separate the plan into three apartments per floor, each house being a relatively large unit of approximately 350 m2. The tower is crowned with three duplex penthouse units.
